Ive been reading up on vitamin reqirements etc.

Theres plenty of info out there on what I should be taking but nothing that says eat this for vitamin A and eat this much per day and so on and so forth until I have the daily requirements covered.

What foods and how much do you eat every day to cover your vitamin requirements?

Eating a good balanced diet will usually be fine - more specifically you can use http://www.nutritiondata.com/ to look up foods with specific qualities (most vit A etc.).
Input your current diet and it will highlight shortfalls for you and you can then search for foods to make it up.
