foods to eat?

    does anyone know wat food i shud be eating to gain some weight. i eat lots of bread, 4 slices a day and drink 600ml of milk a day. is bread good food for gaining weight. im taking protein shakes before workout too. im trying to make my collar bone and shoulder bones less visible as fast as i can. i really need to gain weight im 9.2 and im 16 yrs old!

    Take them protein shakes after you work out, because digestion uses up blood, so you shouldnt really eat anything before working out.

    4 slices of bread? wow, hardcore.

    But seriously, post up your full diet. 4 slices a day with just 600ml of milk will do jack ****. also, make sure it brown bread and not white.
