The day before yesterday I started and for the last 2 days I have averaged 3500cals.

Today, I will be eating about 4657cals. I would like to sustain in or around 4500 for the next few weeks. Is this wise?

Are you working out though? You can eat all the food in the world and if you're not working out all that'll happen is you'll end up with a big belly and man boobs.

You're going to have to work out a lot for those extra 1800 calories or so. So know that you will be putting on fat, and at that a few pounds a week unless you sort the exercise out quickly! Are you sure that's what you want? You're certainly not medically underweight. Maybe you should try and ease into this rather than making such drastic changes.

well if you aren't lifting you shouldn't be eating like you are.

If you are eating 4,500 calories now and aren't lifting all you are training yourself for is to become a fat bastard

heh, the day im a fat bastard is the day that.... :D

On a more serious note though, im very curious as to how much weight it would be possible for me to put on. I have always been a believer that I had high metabolism and that it just wasn't in my nature et cetera. In a way im out to prove that to myself before I take things more seriously. ie. getting into a serious training routine and perhaps joining the gym.
