    Specifially Cinammon & Rasin toasted with Philadelphia.
    Good for me, bad for me, does it depend?
    Im using them as snack food at the moment, tasty and filling.
    Just want to make sure that Im not loading up on stuff thats bad for me.

    Well they are brown, but that said I dont know whats making them brown
    It appears to be brown dough..
    Im trying to google them (they are from Bafel Factory) but no luck so far

    ok here is the nutritional info:
    Energy: 1523
    Cals: 361g
    Protein 17.6g
    Fibre 2.4g
    Sodium 403
    Fat 9.1g
    Saturates 5.7g
    Carbs 52.2g
    Sugar 10g

    To answer your question, they're about 300-400 calories. And not much bang for your buck. I don't know what your bigger picture is so I can advise. I eat them cos they're loverely.

    seems to be a good amount of protein per bagel...and I find them great for snack as they are indeen lovely

    My bigger picture is 5'10" and 165lbs

    yeah Ive heard that too
    but its a bit misleading...
    I mean do they have the same amount of starch as 5 slices of bread?
    Of salt?
    Or everything?
