I have creatine capsules at home. Are these ok as a supplement or should I get a protein shake aswell? What brand would you recommend?

EAS Chocolate, mix with milk and it's like a chocolate milkshake.....no kidding......the thing is no nice.

PM Mickk, he has it in his shop down on Camden Street, right beside that hell hole that is Flannerys.

I would take protein before creatine if I had to take one.

Comes down to personal preference really, try a few brands and if you don't like them then don't bother with them again. My 2 faves brands are ON and Dymatize. And my fave flavour is Dymatize butter cream and toddee flavour, tastes great!

I think whey is pretty good, a lot of the well built lads in the gym use it too
