    Quick question lads,
After reading previous posts it looks like the recommendation for creatine products is Nutrition X - XXX.
However the Nutrition X website does not feature this product, it features Cell X as the creatine product. Has one replaced the other or which would you recommend?

I thought triple XXX was a mixture of creatine, protien, and some carbs?

    Hi Mate,

The NutritionX guys are currently updating their website after the summer hols. They have a seperate company managing it so it can take a bit of time.

CellX came out before XXX, and is a Creatine/Glutamine recovery shake. XXX is an all in one supplement consisting of Creatine EE, Glutamine AKG, Whey Protein and Arginine AKG - it is a complete recovery shake.

NutritionX also do a straight Creatine Monohydrate powder also.

    Jon,

Is it ok to take Cell X aswell as No-Xplode on training days? Or is that overkill?

I'd go for Ethel Esther tabs myself

Ive been looking at those. But at the minute I have Cell X and No Xplode in the car so I want to finish them off first.

Just mind your not over doing your creatine intake for the day. There is no problem taking Xplode before training and taking cellX after it, to make the best of the situation mix some ProX with the CellX after your training - strawberry pro-X goes nice with the CellX

Cheers Jon. Dont think I'll be able to mix them though. Dont think the mint choc Pro X and the Orange flavoured Cell X would make a good mix!!
