    Hey guys,

I'm hoping that someone in here may be able to help me. Basically I've been reading alot about HSS-100 on T-nation (cant find much on here about it) and I was wondering how to tailor it for Biceps? I'm pretty much stumped on how to incorperate it into my routine.

Routine at the moment using the Big 3:

    Monday:
    Bench press
    incline Dumbbell press
    fly with Dumbbells
    Triceps

    Tuesday:
    Deadlift's
    Bent Over Barbell Row
    Lat pull down
    abbs

    Wednday :
    Off

    Thursday:
    Shoulder Press
    Arnold Dumbbell Press
    Dumbbell Seated Rear Lateral Raise

    Friday:
    Squats
    Leg extensions
    Calf work
    Abbs

If anyone has any suggestions on how to fit it or more to the point what do do for my arms using HSS-100 it would be great

    Cheers
