Im in need of a change and some help with a new routine, basically i need a new one,im happy with what i have been doing with regards to the big compound movements i.e bench press,DL,squat, shoulder press,i keep them at 5x5 heavy, since i started doing that rep range i have gotton good results but i feel like im still falling behind.

If anyone has any links to a good split routine then please send it my way:o

Just out of interest, if you look objectively at your gains and loses are they still moving at a good pace???? or have they slowed or stopped?

my chest has increased in size and strenght,as has my back but not as much,i certinly have slowed down a fair bit,i have begun to swim and do some cardio after my sessions but not enough that it would interrupt healing.

Also im getting confused alot lately mainly because i have read so many articles and some are conflicting and i dont know many people who have experience with training to ask for advice. Its pretty much a catch 22 on my side,i know where i want to go with my appearence but with so many saying "do this,do that" it gets annoying very often.
