You could try just building your own. A decent timber frame covered in ply is what they use in UCD?

You could also try hurdle hops if you've got access to an athletic track.

What kind of level of plyometrics have you worked up to previously, box jumping can kill you if do it too early, I did it too early when younger and it did a lot of damage.

Yea I will have pylometric platforms from 6" to 42" as soon as I get up and going, equipment will be here in 3 weeks and the weights in 7.

I'm a basketball player so all i hav been doin so far is playin with weights around my ankles while trainin and skippin. I hav done a decent amount of small hurde plyometric work but was at courts in ucd and saw the box jumpin stuff and did a bit of work on them and it seemed good.

Mickk, do u hav a shop or somthin. Around how much would they be?

I have a shop but it only sells supplements, I am starting a website selling all heavy duty home and commercial gym equipment. The pylo platforms start at 60 for the smallest one and go up to 175 for the biggest one.
