Quick, convenient and (as is my understanding) nutritious.

If the veg is frozen immediately after picking it retains it's goodness (macro & micronutrient profile). Selection can be a bit poorer than fresh veg, but boy it's been handy, especially during the summer when I just couldn't keep fresh veg at home for any length of time.

I found buying veg especially when shopping for yourself you throw out so much that frozen makes much more sense.

Frozen veg is great! but like t-ha said it has to be frozen quickly. And always check what your buying. I remember a few years ago they were trying to introduce chocalte flavour carrots and brocolli to get kids to eat their veg! What the hell was that stuff made of? More chemicals than North Korea. Good quality tinned tomatoes are also great and are much better than fresh tomatoes for most of the year, if you like your tomtoes.
