At the risk of being rather Victorish I thought I'd check how many monkeys we have here on boards.

There are 164 usernames that have monkey as part of the name. One hundred and sixty four... That's 0.2% of the boards population.

There are 13 elephants, 3 kangaroos, 142 'fly's, 34 spiders and NO terrapins I'm sad to admit. Has the monkey taken over the world or will they be crushed by a species that I haven't searched yet?

There are 21 penguins and 64 ducks. Only 17 animals and unfortunately the mythical creature - the angel is far superior than the monkey. There are 208 angels on boards. And only 117 gods 57 devils and 54 jesuses.

Well, there are 338 cats but that includes some non feline usernames. No green cats though, 31 kittens, 2 kitties, and 117 green users.

Good point there:

4 rhubarbs (including a user called DonkeyRhubarb, so they get extra points). 41 apples, 18 oranges, 14 potatoes, 1 spinach, 3 salads, 0 broccoli and no toejam, thankfully.
