Good site for dowloads for ipod?

Anyone any recommendations for this. I used to use Limewire but found that a lot of songs were not on it. Bearshare has a lot of songs but the files are WMA. So is there any more suitable site? What is a good program for converting from WMA to MPEG if bearshare is indeed the best?
