I'm on a low carb diet at the moment - Chicken, tuna & Water.. But drinking 15 glasses of water a day gets a bit boring. Looking for something to substitute it. Is there anything with low calories and low carbs I could substitute?

    Eh...Ribena? My personal choice....:D

Or pretty much any flavoured water - most of them have about 1-5 calories per 100ml, hardly going to make or break your diet.

all the protein RTD's (ready to drinks) are all generally low in carbs and your getting your protein in too.

You should try tescos high fruit blackcurrant, I think it is even cheaper than ribena, but is 35% juice compared to ribenas miserable 2-4% which ends up below 1% when diluted.

I dilute blackcurrant right down so it is more like those flavoured waters

Personally think the cordial drinks are to be avoided as they keep people addicted to wanting something sweet.

Stick to water and herbal teas
