Are there any good online calculators for BF%? I am male 31, 5'11 and 75kg. I have the slim guide calipers which are meant to be pretty good, you get a book with tables yet there are big differences and large variations, i.e. if I add up to 28mm I am between 2 age brackets with a large difference, so have to do calculations. My table says I am about 14%. I know different equations are better for different ranges of BF%.

    Any links would be appreciated.

Yes, lots of site recommend this, probably is the best, just like if you are using a scales too, you should stick to the same scales all the time, it may be off by 1 stone, but at least the week to week loss is ok. I just wanted some idea, I am supposed to be about 14% but still have a belly
