Anyone used the gym at the Blue Pool in Monkstown? Anyone know if it's any good or how good the staff are?

The staff in monkstown are top class! (my gf's sister is a manager there!)

Pool is nice with good changing facilities that are cubical based and I would recommend it.

It's a good basic gym, but it only has one bench. 4.50 euro per visit for students aswell which is nice.

Loughinstown leisure center has a much better gym, but no pool.

I used that gym for about a year and found it grand for what I wanted.
The staff were great, did a full assessment before I started using the gym and did out a training plan.

they wrote me little notes on my training plan like "keep up the good work" I thought it was a nice touch!

Also very reasonable prices much better than the likes of crunch / total fitness etc.
