    Hi all,

I just started back skipping as part of my training routine. This morning my left shin is in bits! Ive been running on the treadmill for the last 6 weeks and noticed it was a little tight, but it's really sore after skipping.

Is there any cure for shin splints or anything I can do to build up the shins?

There was a shin splint post about 2 weeks ago - go back a few pages and you'll find it.

Shin splints can be totally cured, but it requires some work, go to a physio.
