Hi, anyone used and was happy or has opinions on '[url=http://www.reflex-nutrition.com/sports_nutrition/muscle__size/document_3_2.php
    ]Reflex Instant Whey[/url]'

Got some ON for a mate who didn't like the taste, and wanted to know if the Reflex stuff was any good as he can pick it up easily enough and was told it tasted better.

    Thanks.

Its a good seller at the shop.

    77g of protein per 100

    4g carbs

    6g fats

Not sure of the taste however.

used this befor. not bad stuff but didint like the taste. in saying that i hate the taste of most proteins and feel like puking after them. the only one i really like is the pro x mint choc flavour

Tastes a bit better than ON (which I tire of very quickly) - tends to be a lot more expensive though.

We do the 2kg tub for 25 euro. Most people are brand loyal, if they used it and they like it..they'll keep buyin it!! :)

I'm using it at the moment and find it very good, it gives good results (admittedly I also take NO-xplode) it also mixes easily which is handy when your arms are knackered after a work out.

It seats easy on the stomach. As for flavour; I don't really worry about how it tastes but out of the two I have tried the banana is way nicer than vanialla.

I buy it in workout world as it is handy from work, but I am sure it is cheaper if you buy it from Jon.

    2kg or 2lb? Would be a steal for 2kg.

thanks for the feedback everyone, have pointed him to the thread and suggested a trip to Phibsboro

might give it a try myself once he get's it, banana sounds interesting if he get's that one :)

he mentioned it would be great idea if somewhere offered Protein samples for tasting, cus buying 2lb or larger tub of the stuff is a bit of a blind commitment if it turns out you don't like it! could even be a fun idea if it was done like a wine tasting evening lol :D

Funny I never say the big thing with taste, ok I admit I'll buy a flavour I prefer but at the end of the day you are taking it for the benefits to your body, kinda like medicine.
