I do 150 a day, and I'm shocked by the almost instant results, the only problem is the layer of fat on top, but thats being eroded away with cardio and diet, so im not too worried. the thing is i dont no if my abs are to be treated like all other muscles i.e. 150 a day, wit a day break between to let them rest, or is it better to do this every day?

    Thanks for any advice

Should be treated like other muscles and need breaks. You really need to do weighted situps or other higher resistance ab excercises (if you want to develop them more). Doing 150 situps is similar to lifting a bag of sugar 150 times and expecting your biceps to grow.
So doing 150 every day is probably not overtraining since they are not being worked much, if you did excercises that were 8rep max then you need breaks.

ur abs are also ur stabilising muscles so when u train other body parts they also get trained secondary to them. in saying that they repair quicker than most other muscles so i wud usually train them eod.
