At the risk of sounding harsh.....3 to 4 months is more than enough time to make a serious impact on any excess weight you might be carrying , so unless you are noticing some pretty big changes over this 3 to 4 month period then that would indicate you are a "not very good dieter" as opposed to a "yo-yo dieter". :)

I would suggest you post up your stats, diet and goals and we can work something out for you.

Thermogenics help, and certain ones are very good, but they won't do a tap without the proper diet....they are merely a support tool to the bigger picture.

And the reason most people "pile on weight" after any diet, thermogenic assisted or not is because they instantly switch back to old eating habits and do nothing to change behaviour in the long run.

One of the most intergral parts of sucess, in anything we do, is being honest with ourselves.

This goes just as much for dieting.

The second part is portion control. I can eat the best foods in the world and still grow fat from eating too much!!!

I would suggest you read all the general information in the stickies at the top of this page, and come back with more specific questions! I will help out whatever way i can but you need to read the stickies to get the basics of nutrition first, then we will iron out your understand of things! :)
