Diet Advise - Build Lean Mass/definition and reduce body fat

    HI All,

    Looking for some diet help.

    Im trying to build up my muscle and reduce body fat. Hard to do at the same time I know. My workout I'm happy with at the moment.

    Here is my Diet:

    Feedback appretiated. This would be a typical weekday diet with alcohol added at the weekends.

    At a glance, 4 eggs a day is a bit mucho

    and you didnt add in Milk

    also ur fat intake is split almosrt evenly between Pol/Sat/Mon
    think the Sat should be there, but less

    the pro's will comment soon enough

    whats your weight? You will need to be getting alot more carbs into you.

    that seems like a lot of food! i've kept constant at this weight for ages..

    How could i make up the numbers?

    yeah but if you wanna build muscle mass you need to be eating lots of extra calories so energy can go into building muscle. i'm a girl so i'm no expert on bulking, but if it seems like too much, just build the calories up slowly, making sure you're still keeping it balanced and getting plenty of protein. i'm sure you've heard the 5/6 small meals a day jazz here already, but its a good way to spread your calories out.

    what kind of work out do you do? this will also affect building muscle. might be a good idea to post it so you can get advice.

    I do a 3 day split. With 1 day off in between.

    Heres my workout:

    The colors show supersetted sets.

    Should i start taking a carb drink after workout? 100g of carbs?

    Do they not higher ur colesterol a lot if ye eat too many?
