Getting in shape

    Hi ppl,

    This has probably been asked several times. Just enquiring about general fitness. I need to get in shape before it all goes out of control. Bascially I need to lose about 2 stone and I'm wondering the answers to the following

    - Where do I start?
    - Do I need to walk before I run?
    - What way do I build it up?
    - What foods do I avoid?
    - Do I need to cut out alcohol altogether?

    With the right program what the the general weight loss in 2 months?

    Where to start? Read the sticky threads... and look back through the forum, plenty of advice there.

    Ask specific questions also.
