Getting over the initial pain?

My question is this...Is there something out there, be it supplements or drinks or other, that will help with the pain(all types) of getting back into a workout regime. I used to be quite athletic and fit, I have not lost my athleticism, but I no longer have cardio lasting, agility, or as much strength. I have tried to get back into "it" by starting slow and building up, but it ends up so paiful I haven't lasted. I truly want to get going again, but feel that i need some type of assistance. Buying oxygen is way to expensive, there must be some type of alternative. Anyone? Thx

The cardio: Breathing, lungs, etc. Headaches and dizziness towards the end and the end

If your still fairly athletic then you may be under eating and this may be causing the dizzyness. If you are getting pains in your lungs and you find it unnaturally hard to breath (not just tired from cardio) then for God's sake man, go to a doctor!

We are in no position to diagnose, ever, nevermind with such foggy details.

Maybe things ain't too drastic, but it's hard to tell so for the moment I am going with the "I am not your doctor" slogan!

Start at an easier level, you could well be pushing yourself too hard.

    Zing!

I don't understand what the OP means by "i have not lost my athleticism".

Yes you have....to assume otherwise is to misinterpret the word or to fall victim to some wishful thinking!!!!

    Start small and build up.
