    Hello all,
hello to you. And you. And you. And you. But not you. Nobody likes you.
Has anyone here ever tried the zone diet? I am told it is great for keeping energy levels high even while exercising intensely several days a week. Just wondered if anyone has tried it and what they think.

Also, how does it compare to the Paleo diet, in terms of energy and ease of meal preperation.

    Thanks in advance

The Zone diet goes pretty much hand in hand with Crossfit workouts.....and if it can keep you going through them then it has to be good.

I found Paleo was good.....but i have found my own balance now that works for me.

The Zone seems to be a pretty solid system, pretty easy to follow etc. Like anything else i suppose give it a go and see how you feel.

I have never heard of the zone diet. However the tony quinn workout crap... stay away, i know 2 people who are sucked in by it, and they are obssessed, like spending thousands euros to go on his residential 2 week programmes.
When someone says you should not tell your doctor you on doing this diet, there is something seriously wrong.
