Healthy diet receipies

    Hi All,

Have read through all the stickies and having now planned out an exercise/weight routine I'm sorting out that all important diet factor. I'm about to head shopping (with the food list G'em supplied in her sticky) and realised I could do with a few receipe ideas. Found this link on the food forum. It has the calorie amount in each food/receipe as well as a full nutritional breakdown. I found it pretty good for recipe ideas as I'm not exactly a master in the kitchen and have found it hard to stick to healthy eating when I end up using the same receipe's time and time again.

Anyway, for those that are interested....

I've tried to be fancy, I've tried to indulge tasty recipies...but I keep coming back to the same goddamn 4 meals. Chicken and Brown Rice, Chicken and Baked Potato, Protein Shake and Popcorn (my big cheat snack) and oats. Thats it. Everything else is a distraction. I have on the other become quite the sauce expert - only way to keep insanity at bay.
