    Looking for a bit of guidence for stamina training.

    I will be playing soccer for 11 a side first time in 10 years and i wana be able to play with out diein of cardiac arrest due to lack of oxygen!!

    I have started running at full pace for 30 mins in mornin on top of my weights and swimming, does that help?

    or would intervil trainin be better.

    Any ideas?

    definitely intervals.
    or even better do something similiar to what a game of soccer is. loads of short sprints
