Those Weight Loss Shakes

    Have heard of people loosing hugh amounts of weight using these shakes and while they're probably not great long term, I want to loose a few stone.

    I dont know the name of them though? Can anyone help. They are the ones where you use the shake for a week or two then go back on food?

    Any help re: their name or where to buy would be great!
