At 19:30 while driving down Navajo,
A police car SDPD 6568 behind me changed lanes to pass in the right.
As I was aware Navajo has a steep incline, I was conscious of my speed.
The speed limit on Navajo is 50 mph
The officer slowed down to 40 mph on the right in front of me
I slowed down as well.
My slowing was Officer Scallon’s justification for pulling me over.
I pulled over by turning right on Margerum.
I gave the officer my license and registration.
After calling my numbers in,
informed me that my driver’s license was suspended
He could not tell me immediately why
Officer Scallon ten preceded to search my car with out asking permission,
I have still not been informed why I was pulled over at this point.
Later after they have already called a tow truck to impound the car,
Officer Scallon claims my license was suspended due to a failure to appear
I can’t think of anyone to call to pick my car up
Although I inform the officers I could walk up the heal to get someone to pick up my car,
They won’t let me claiming they can not trust me
I they don’t want to waste the time as they are busy.
I left them still waiting for the toe truck to show up.

When I told the other officer, I believed they were acting inappropiately, He replied "I don't care".
