    I recently started working out out to improve my level of fitness. Unfortunately I sprained my achilles tendon, and while it is only a light sprain, pretty much any exercise moving my ankle gets painful. I would like to keep up some kind of cardio routine while allowing my ankle to recover. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions of anything to get my heart pumping that doesn't involve swimming or going to a gym, the more vigorous the better.
