lawl!:D You sure have a way with words! Repost in After hours!

Seriously though, I'm very interested in this. I've got tiny wrists. I've heard its very hard to add any kind of mass (if any at all), but on the upside small wrists apparently make your upper arms look bigger!

You can strengthen your wrists and grip, but you cant add size to your wrist really. The forearms, now you can add size there.

    Hope this helps

Mr Walsh is pretty much spot on....the wrist is largely bone, connective tissue ( ligaments and tendons and such ) with a small amount of muscle.

Wrist girth is largely a genetic trait....and some people see having small wrists as a bad thing.

    I don't.

Small joints lead to an illusion of bigger muscles when they are properly developed....so by improving the size of the forearms, biceps and triceps you can add a greater appearance of muscle than someone who has bigger, thicker joints.

those powerballs are pretty good, dunno if many people know them, they are these kinda gyroscope machine things you rotate with ur wrist and they build up your forearm and wrist strength, altho i dunno how much if any actuall mass u'll add to ur actual joint
