Does anyone know of a good meal replacement power and if so where can I get it apart from the internet and how much. I was recommended Myoplex by a friend, but don't know if its any good.

TBH I wouldn't say that there is one. You may well get vitamins & minerial through a replacement powder but they'll only be sythetic and hot as good quality. you also won't get the fibre or roughage required. You won't beat a healthy diet.

That said I take Rubex megavite and find that they are a good supplement to a meal.
