a good tip on how to fall asleep imagine you enter a room an elevator ahead of you walk up to the elevator countdown from 20 (there are twenty floors and the elevator is on the top floor) get in the elevator and then count up to twenty (floors) thenthe elevator stops at all the floors look out the doors every time but dont walk out...you should be asleep before this ends if not try 50 floors dont concentrate too much on counting concentrate on taking deep breaths
