    Howdy...

    Right, i just went on a hiking 'holiday', and it's given me a boost to get back in the gym after a few months break.. I was never really the fittest to be honest, but i would like to increase stamina!!! Cos i don't really feel i'm doing much!!

    For my first day back, i only did an hour of cardio, 30 minutes on the bike and 30 minutes on the treadmill. The 30 minutes on a bike consisted of me breaking my balls!! Averaging 100rpm's on level 10, managing to do 15km, or miles(i presume these machines are set to km's) and the treadmill was just a brisk walk... After the bike i was bolloxed, i was just dripping with sweat..

    I just wish i could do more, is this ok for now? I want to incorporate weights into it as well i just didn't today because the gym was packed!! I used to do weight when i was younger though and i remember what is was like to see results!!:)
