Sore joints?

    Hey guys,

I've recently just taken a week and a bit of a break from the gym. Before that I was training 4 times a week weights and then I teach Taekwon-Do in between, do kick boxing and Bjj. I trained hard at lifting for about 7 weeks during which I lashed back on the weight I had lost for a fight that never materialised - so i shot back from 83kgs to 95kg without carrying much waste, got me oul 17.5" arms back and all!

So after the 7 weeks of seriously hard training and eating, I decided to have a little rest, got the shop going etc and trained a bit lighter.
Last week I decided to go back at it again, joined Power House and did a light work out.
After a few days I noticed my joints getting sore, starting in my ankles. For no apparent reason they just became sore, to the point where its hard to kick a bag. On Thursday I did chest and biceps and today my elbows are killing me. During BJJ yesterday my elbows were throbbing with a dull deep pain. Last night my wrists and fingers are giving small signals of discomfort.
I have changed nothing in my routine except the gym (which just happens to be closer to the shop than west point) I did notice some of the machines in power house are so old that they use a different ROM than some newer ones for example, but that's about it.

Has anyone any ideas cos im lost!

Have you made any changes to your diet/supplement regime?

Kind of, im trying to shift a bit of water so im using a fat burner called Inferno. Tidy'd up the carbs a wee bit, still taking Pro-X and this week tried out pumptech and Animal Stak, thats it really.
    Any ideas?

Nothing specific no, it's just that I've had joint pain when trying out different supplements or doses (lots of leucine in my case), so I thought I'd just put out the idea that it could be something you're taking in rather than your exercise routine.

Just ditch the pumptech and stak and see if it gets better maybe? Also, a good way to shift water (you might know this one already but...) is to drink alot of it (like about 7/8 litres a day).

I think it might be the old machines in Power house, thats the only change I've made. I only started the pumptech 2 days ago, man do you get serious pumps on them!

No I didn't know that actually about the water! 7/8 litres a day? wow I struggle to meet 3 or 4 which I would consume anyways. Im using dandilion extract as well which is supposed to help
