Hi Michael,

Try out the local papers, the Limerick Leader, the Post or the Independant. You might get a better response from the UL forum on boards here:

The UL accomodation office used to be fairly helpful in this regard but now they try to encourage people to stay on campus. If you want to try them anyway:

There are few places coming up in the newer estates which are geared more at professionals rather than student renters
