Here's the thing starting back training after a long lay off, Five Years. Focuses on losing the eight pack around my waist so I doing aprox 1.5 cardio [running] Aswell as this is I'am doing a standered 5 x 5 bench and Squat at the end of the session. But I am bleeding knacked after the cardio. Should I do the bench and Squat first and then the cardio. Or would that be counter prouctive. I open the floor to the higher power that is Boards.ie

I'd recommend do weights first, cardio after. You'll have more energy for the weights and probably still hit the cardio as hard.

    I do weights first.
I think it helps a tougher cardio workout.
