Good Advice - any more?

I got some advice here a while back about my diet etc, and just to let you know how it worked out. Great advice about the diet - I've lost 7.5 Kilo's in about 7/8 weeks, and feeling much better, so cheers!
However, about the same time I got the advice here I was at the GP with a stomach complaint - my stomach had always been fcuked (i.e throwing up Weetabix in the morning, taking a dump (sorry for being crude) about 11/12 times daily) but then it was unbearable. I was diagnosed with Celiac's condition - i.e lactose intolerant, no dairy, no gluten.
This was hardly surprising as its in my family, but for some reason I just assumed I wasn' t!!! Weird, but anyway...
This explained a lot - I used to drink loads of milk & eat yoghurts every day which was basically poisoning me. Also, I found pasta (gluten) hard to stomach sometimes! Anyway, after cutting out dairy and gluten, I feel like a new person, excuse the cliche. My stomach is "normal", no complaints at all, and weight gain has reversed itself.

Anyway, I want to keep this trend going - any further advice on weight loss/general fitness appreciated.

    I now cycle 20 miles a day, 10 in morning, 10 evening.
No time for gym, but I have hand held weights at home - any good? I'm going to get a tricep bar aswell.

Diet is now porridge in the morning,
    fruit about 11
    chicken fillets for lunch
    dates afternoon
dinner about 6.30 (rice or potatoes, meat &veg)
    toast about 9.

    Cheers for any advice

Maybe you could try and get your main meal of the day at lunch instead of at 6:30.

Also toast at night = carbs at night which are not really being used as much as they would while your awake and working so might be slowing down the weight loss a tiny bit, nothing chronic though.

Other than that well done :)
