Anyone elses ds lite have a loose volume slider?

so i got a ds lite from me bro :D black one, yummy etc, unfortunately a stuck red pixel so i brought it back, return no prob but no black in stock so i got a white one (still not sure if i prefer but fingerprints on black are annoying) and its perfect except the volume slider is loose and rattles if i shake is this common?

Yeah. the volume slider on mine seems to sit out from the body at times, I move it from its lowest extent and it clicks back into place, its a tad worrying though.

Yeah the volume control is a bit rattley on mine too (black), but I never really thought of it as an issue and it's not loose enough to make any noise when playing.
