Bait swinging in front of me... swinging from side to side..

    Nope.. Im not biting today.

Maybe ring the shop near where the Israeli children were killed by those rockets. They might have them.
You can wear your t-shirt proudly then, sporting your intellect and moral value to this world.

    Haha funny!
Indeed. People getting bombed on both sides is fricking hilarious. That's why every Saturday morning you see those protestors wandering around with "Make War, Not Cheese" signs.

I won't say what I think of you or your sense of humour as I suspect it's pretty apparent what I, with a working brain and a reasonably decent sense of morality, might think.

You can ackowledge something as being morally wrong while it still being funny. Have you never laughed at a joke about a serious topic? Hookers in a suit case, dead babies, sexism, war...

He didn't call anyone scum , he just said ban the RA scum . But you seem to think this referred to you , so maybe you think of yourself as RA scum .

Of course you can, heck I take joy in originating humour about serious things at times rather than just duplicating someone else's material. I'm not so sure where a t-shirt supporting either Israel or Hezbollah along the lines of "bomb the ****ers back to hell" comes into that sphere at all though.

As for the attempt from the OP to turn this into a politics thread rather than an AH thread, I'm not biting there. I'll happily discuss it on the politics board.

My theory is that hes just finished the junior cert, read some vague reference to Palestine in his Civics Exam, and now that schools out for summer, hes bored.

Could be me. Zane has a sixth sense for these things so I'm sure he's detected it.

Now my secret's out, I've tried to give it up, honestly. Ceasefires, decommissioning, splinter groups, Gerry shaving the beard on Fridays so he can go clubbing to pick up youthful hotties and grow it back for photoshoots on Monday, the RA-branded condoms they're flogging down the quays, they've all tried to put me off but I keep going back like a moth to the flame. Which, because they've upped the weekly subs to a guinea and four nickels (hey, it used to be three salmon and a rabbit), means that it's costing me a bundle to support my RA addiction.

My friends keep at me to stop, they've pointed out that most of the other guys are in it for themselves these days rather than organising a few days and nights out as a group and my AK47 would be growing mould if I hadn't lent it to someone (he said he lost his) who needed it some weekend (fecker never brought it back either). The fireworks aren't there any more but it's like the hotel california. I reckon it's the sugary sweets they give out that keep me at the weekly RA meetings down the local phone box. Can't get enough of those sweet addictive IRA nougatty caramel.

I'm shocked  Surely the good catholic boys of the RA would not condone the use of contraception....The pope won't be happy !

Mind you, maybe the RA branded condoms are a cunning plan to "accidentally" create a future army !?!

I read a letter recently that a friend of mine wrote when he was in the Lebanon the last time the Israelis were having a go.

They were shelling the area near his post. The letter has a sense about it, like my friend had an idea that it might be his last one. Luckily he came through, but I never ever want to experience fear like that.

To the OP, I hope you never ever find yourself in that kind of situation.. one of burning awful fear.

And if you do, I hope they dont make a tshirt about it.

Anyway, its about time we realised this was the reaction he wanted. Boards shouldnt be used like this.

    *viewer discretion advised*

    tshirthell

It has possibly every non-PC tshirt you can imagine on there, they don't have any Hezbollah ones yet, but i'm sure if you ask them they'll invent one for you. Some people don't take anything seriously nowadays. I mean, personally, I find a lot of them very funny, which you might say makes me amoral, but how many people thought the Muslims where overreacting about that sketch published in Denmark? Some peoples idea of a joke differs, just because some people are more conservative does not mean they are in anyway more mature. If joebhoy1916 wants to wear a tshirt expressing his view of this conflict, then thats his choice. Sometimes actually wearing an image of something can actually exemplify how stupid the whole situation actually is.

I mean we can all say we are morally affected by whats going on over in the middle east now, but who of us have done anything other than flick on the news and go "aww thats terrible, another cup of tea anyone?". Actions speak louder and all that jazz. If someone told you some witty joke about Hezbollah, say 2 years from now when it has all blown over (that or we're sh!t deep in WW3) i'm sure you'd laugh, its just now its a sore issue as its happening. How about instead of slating joebhoy1916 for wanting a contemporary humour tshirt, try actually getting involved in anti-war protests and stop joebhoy1916 from having anything to put on a tshirt.

A Hezbollah t-shirt is a very tasteless idea indeed. You're better off wearing something classy and trendy like so:

Is there no hope for humanity at all?
I mean if it was a funny t-shirt I could understand, you know satire is one of the most important tools of the media, and all events in the public eye are fair game. But I somehow just dont think this guy gets it all. U know those people u see hanging around wearing Che Guevara t-shirts but dont have a clue who ole Che actually was? I am finding it soooooo soooo hard to not bash out a string of expletives that would get me banned forever and ever and ever here, because I really think the question is moronic NOT funny and the poster is pointlessly agressive

Joe Bhoy I would leave the politics to those with the ability to have a serious discussion about it, and those with the ability to state a political preference without the need for a t-shirt to do it.
U know those crazy guys u see on the news burning american flags and waving AK's in the air. There but for the grace of god.....

To complete the Celtic FC look, you could then do airplane gestures at Americans and sing songs about killing Brits. I presume you'll get offensive shirts in the celtic merchandise shop. Hoover it up, that terrorist affiliation their best marketing trick...

I'm sure you can get one made up using their logo if you want:
