Whats in your bottle?

    What do people have in their bottle or what do they find best?

    I currently use gatorade granuales which i add to water and find it great took a long time to get use to the taste though other then that it is just water.

    Home made isotonic drink,

    1L water
    Pinch of lo salt
    1/2 pinch of salt
    Pinch of sodium (soda) bicarbonate
    2-3 tablespoons of sugar
    Juice of 1 lemon

    BTW, I only run, no gyms...

    for power weights quite intense...which i do...would i be better using plain water or someting like gatorade or water?

    Isotonic drink/ water ... now I'm getting paranoid and I think my tap water from home is the root of all my problems so I'm trying to buy all my water.

    I did a triathlon last year and got loads of it and i mean loads as i begged borrowed or stole it off the other competitors (did not really steal) only prob is that i am runnning low now i see it is for sale on the gatorade website http://www.c-els.com/sfCatalog.asp?sn=E013020020030028&pchid=60916 if i see it anywhere else i shall let u know

    ok i thought you may of knew somewhere here that did it, cause i used to use the stuff all the time when i was in oz, get a tub for around $10 and it would do me for ages

    alcohol...its interesting in a workout...i done weights once when i was locked....(i had to go to session or was in ****...for rugby....and was on piss nite before was still drunk...i drank straight through nite...:o ) now....my co-ordination was balloxed....
    but...i hit more reps with higher weights then id done ever b4! i just...it was weird! squating was a night mare...didnt have co-ordination for it....but shoulder press....bench press....leg marchines(dont need co-ordination to use them) all my reps and weights wer increased significantly! was odd....
    thinking back...
    it was very unsafe...
    and stupid...but my weights did increase alot...beer muscles....:P

    For a long cardio session i think a mixture of

    Water,
    Mi-Wadi,
    Glucose Powder,
    Small Packet of Salt.

    you can buy tubs of lucozade isotonic powder in boots...
    think its about €7 and makes 5+ litres...
