    I think its safe to say everyone tryin to get fit loses interest and gets lazy every now n again

    So, what are your motivation skills?


    My personal one is watchin progs about fitness. When i was watchin MTV's Top 100 bodies, i wanted to run a mile

    I look at my abs :D Actually I use shock treatment. I attach electorodes to my nipples . Then I place a nice sugar coated donut in front of me. Every time I go for the dount I send 250,00 volts into my chest. Keeps me on the straigh and narrow. :rolleyes:

    Really though I use NLP, I read my goals throughout the day, I plan my achievments before hand and I remember that no matter how hard it may seem. There was a time I couldn't walk and I learned, a time I couldn't read and I leanred and a time when I was scarred of heights so I climed the highest mountain I could find. I rememebr the only thing holding me back are my expectations.I use lots of things.
