    Hi,

Im looking for a recommendation for a doctor or physio who could help sort out my back.
For the past few years i have had lower back pain.It is at the very bottom of my back either side of the centre. I went to a doctor last year and he said something was inflamed on either side.I cant remember now what they were.
I will normally when sitting down have to constantly shift my position otherwise it gets very sore. Also when i go running i cant jog.I will be running for about 2-3 mins and it starts to stiffen up and i cant jog anymore.I play football and it is fine and most of my training is 3/4 pace running which is fine also.It is only when i jog that it gets stiff but i would like to be able to jog.

In general i am very stiff and have had leg muscle and hip problems aswell.

I have tried orthotics and made no difference.I have done some yoga and intend to get into it again from september but im not sure if it will fix my problem.

I would very much appreciate if anyone can help cos im sure it is going to lead to problems later in life.Oh and im 24 at the mo.

    Cheers
