    Yo

    Ok, I got to the gym about 3 times a week. My workout is a mix of weights and cardio, and i also do swimming and classes like Ab classes, and Spin classes

    Also, Ive changed my diet. I know take in a lot of protein, some carbs, and less fat, and ive cut my sugar intake by abt 75% [sorry, 1005 is too damn hard!]


    So, should I notice a change by the end of the summer? Its only like 6 weeks
