Hi everyone, Im new to this forum. I was just looking for some tips and links to any of the threads on starting off. Basically I'm 11 stone, about 6 foot - slim but with fairly small amount of muscle mass. I want to build up a fair amount of muscle mass - biceps and and breasts (sorry I cant remember what the man breast muscles are called again) and a good six pack. When i stretch my stomach when i do a sit up i do have a six pack, but when I have my normal posture, I dont at all.
Can anyone advise me on a routine for an hr a day to help me build up these areas and to get an overall well built body - I have a sit up press and weights at home and can go to the gym aswell. To give you an idea on what I can lift, I can lift about 10kg weights per arm, but need to take a break after about 10lifts (sounds kind of pathetic). However I am willing and ready to make a change, and finally get my body into the shape I want it in, and feel better about myself and about life.
Thanks for any ideas on the subject or links to threads in advance

    Diet, diet, diet, diet, diet!

Any gains you make are going to be composed of whatever your eating. Your going to need to eat a lot (probably, I don't know what your eating right now) and your going to need to eat well.

Male "breast" is the pectoral, or "pec".

As a beginner I would reccommend some solid compound movements, SQUAT!!, deadlift, benchpress, military press, row. Some chin-ups and dips if you want, and some core work (most of those moves will work your core though). Don't do all of those excersise in one session, do squat, bench, dead one day, then squat, military, row the next.

Train one day on, one day off, and maybe take Sat/Sun off (So your working Mon,Wed,Fri)

Once you have got all that down, look to gain 1-2lbs a week, and if your not gaining EAT!!
