Im going to do a Bodypump class in Westwood tomorrow. HAs anyone done one of these and could maybe tell me what to expect? I went to a beginners spin class last night and I was nearly crying after it. My legs were like jelly and I wobbled down the stairs as opposed to walking downit. I saw some of the other members bouncing off to other classes and machines after it and I couldnt believe it! What are these people made of?

But I really enjoyed it and will be going again next week.
I just need to how much this class will kill me? Thanks.

Stick on light weights and go for the burn baby!!

Yes you will be stiff the next day but its a great class for getting your weights done.

Plenty of dips then and do them every day on the side of your bath if you are freaky about it!

be sure to do the body pump technique class first, then don't be too concerned about going for heavier weights until you've got the 'moves' down right, did it for a while but not really my type of class, found it a bit too hectic and didn't fit into my routines, have a mate who swears by it though, so each to their own :)

check out the body balance class too, have found it great for flexibility, balance and nice way to chill out at the end for a bit until the real world hits again...
