Little Help with proteen

    right, im a recent newcomer into the gym and weights aspect of fitness and have been lifting weights since febuary now. now that im used to it, ive decided to take a proteen suplament to speed it all up. im starting to take progain and was wondering how much i should take, im 17 and i weigh 58kg, any help? im training with free weights if that makes any difference! any help will be brill:D

    You must remember a supplement is exactly that - a supplement, to a proper diet. To increase muscle mass you must increase your protein intake, extra carbs are essential too as well as good fats.

    Post up your diet, this way we can steer you in the right direction.

    As for Progain, I've heard its not great. Maybe someone here who has used it can verify

    Not to mention that if you looking for Proteen in a health store you'd be met with howls of laughter....Protein.

    I know sorry very annoying can't help it.

    well at the minute im eating
    breakfast
    porrage/ cerial and toast
    lunch
    toasted sandwhich, usualy with sweetcorn and chease, along with chicken, beef, or turkey
    then at three o clock ish i have a bannana or an apple
    dinnner
    usualy potatoes, veg and some kind of meat, or else pasta
    then id have a natural yougert for a snack at 9 ish!

    that good or bad?
