Was jus wonderin if anyone knows much abt this

Does food lose goodness if its reheated? Mainly Veg?

Its just, i work a lot, and dont have the time to cook a whole meal every night, so thought I could cook about 5 days of veg in one go, put it in the fridge and reheat it over the next days, so i'd only have to cook the meat fresh

    eat it cold...

I bring my lunch with me every day so i can control what I eat - otherwise with the canteen or carvery I'll pile on the pounds.

I eat my rice / noodles with chicken/tuna/beef & veg all cold and it's quite tasty.

the only thing i cannot eat cold is pasta - for som reason it turns my stomach.
So I hate when the missus make a batch for lunch.

BTW - cooking a thai green curry at 7am will wake you up prompto!!

Nah, I like it hot [ders a bit of an innuendo for ya!]

I'd only really be reheatin Mashed potato, cos other veg like carrots n brocolii go soggy in the fridge

no - highly processed & enter the bloodstream very quickly. If you have a problem with insulin sensitivity this is not a good food for you.
