    Just wondering which is the best method working with weights

    Currently for example

    I am doing a bench/chest press
    3 x 15
    First rep is the heaviest weight I can manage
    Second and third would be under that
    I am also taking about 2/3 seconds per rep

    Am I doing this correctly (since I have no specific goals in mind, as I havent increased the weights in ages)
