Diet questions

    Howdi,
    Ok I'm going on a fitness buzz for the last few months but notice my weight isn't shifting. I'm 6'2'' weight in at about 16 stone but am very broad and not too fat at all. I have flab i want to loose of my belly and arse.

    Now my Diet I think is good (i'll detail it below)

    Breakfast.
    2-3 Bananas/ bowl of cereal
    a few mandrins

    Lunch
    Brown bread sambo (no butter/mayo) lettuce/red onion and roast chicken(toasted mmmm)

    dinner
    roast fish with baby brocolli or pasta and sauce

    before bed a cuppa and slice of toast

    Now i've started this diet last week and think i'm loosing it on my face but need to move it off my belly.

    My exercise routine is
    Mon - Astro Soccer
    Tues - 5 mile run
    Wed - 5 mile walk
    Thurs - Tag Rugby
    Friday - swim/run
    Sat - 5 mile run
    Sun - sleep

    Anyone got any tips or suggestions to improve my diet/routine ?
