hey there, i just have a question about weightloss.
i play bball but after a large break from playing due to injuries etc, and a really bad diet i am pretty overweight i would reckon i could lose half a stone or so. does losing body fat fall under the same mathematical pricipal as the calorific contents of the main nutrients (1 g carb=4kcal, 1g fat=9kcal etc)
so if i want to lose 4kg/4000g i need to achieve 36000 calories under my daily usage?

also im considering moving onto a mostly rice and chicken diet for the next while with some fruit and tuna thrown in as snacks, im back at the gym liftin now and wanna get in shape over the summer, any suggestions

...and also plug in your idea about eating nothing but chicken and rice and see if fitday.com reckons you're short on anything in terms of fats, vitamins, minerals (you will be - luckily fitday will also help you find foods that will fill the gaps).
