    And it won't "tone" your abs. If you want nice looking abs you gotta get your bodyfat down no amount of crunches and sit ups can do this only diet can.

    pure rubbish. Stay well away, a good diet and a small bit of exercise will achieve greater results for you.

    Total rip off..aimed at people who think they can tone up without excercise or dieting.Aint no such thing i'm afraid.
